Savannah is mostly back, but some things have changed.

The master repository has been on my desktop for over 11 years,
and up until the Savannah crack, I was synching it to a read-only
copy on Savannah, periodically.  I'll resume the process as soon
as I'm able, but it's been almost a month since my last message
(of Jan 9, Message-ID: <address@hidden>) to
savannah-hackers at gnu dot org.  AFAIK, there has been no reply.

I'll send them a copy of this message separately.
