Change to FAQ page

Hi,
    I'm one of the gnu webmasters. We don't have access to the software 
subtree on the website, so I was wondering if you could update this page:

http://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/faq/coreutils-faq.html

At the bottom there's a link to IEN-137:

http://www.op.net/docs/RFCs/ien-137

That should be changed to:

http://www.ietf.org/rfc/ien/ien137.txt
