echo fix

Hi, this isn't really a bug fix as more of a very needed option to echo.
By adding the option -i echo will first read stdin and echo that.

example:
$echo hi | echo -in there
$hi there

I found this to be useful, if you do as well you are free to modify any of the 
code i have sent you to use as you see fit.
