This is the right place.
Thanks for your work, but I saw no patch attachment.

Man page corrections and improvements are welcome.
Realize that the man page is generated primarily from
the output of --help.   And perhaps more importantly:
the texinfo documentation is considered the authoritative
source of documentation, so any improvements in the man pages
should also be reflected in doc/coreutils.texi.

Note that there is a rather simplistic mechanism to add additional
sections to a man page via the man/*.x files.  See the existing
ones for examples.  Here are a few that have nontrivial additions:
chmod.x, df.x, du.x, chown.x, rm.x.
