Re-4: mv do not preserves default acls

You are right SUSE's utils were patched. The thing ist that the mv command 
preserves the access acls but ignores the default acls of the parent directory! 

So probably there is a bug in used acl patches. Though it`s not a problem of 
the gnu coreutils since they doesn`t support acls in general.
