FYI: savannah coreutils-related email is now forwarded to this list

There is a bug tracker for coreutils on Savannah, but we don't
use it much, or encourage its use (we prefer straight e-mail).

Until today, bugs reported via the Savannah coreutils tracker, updates,
etc., would result in an email being sent only to my personal address.
Now, they're sent to this (address@hidden) mailing list as well.
