Remember the adage that you will catch more flies with honey
than vinegar.  Your request came across as more accusatory and angry
than is strictly necessary, which deters some people from replying.
Common courtesy is a virtue.

As to your request, coreutils already comes with man pages in parallel
with its info documentation.  And if you build from source, you can do
'make html' to get the same content as the info pages but in html
format, for more modern browsing.
