I installed the following to adjust better to gettext 0.15.
Because of this, the generated .po files have more "c-format"
annotations, so that translators are warned about mistranslations of C
format strings that might cause core dumps or worse. For example, in
po/af.po we now have:

#, fuzzy, c-format
msgid "invalid input"
msgstr "ongeldige wydte: %s"
where the ", c-format" is new, and tells the translator (whenever they
get around to fixing this fuzzy entry) that the %s is bogus.

* configure.ac (AM_GNU_GETTEXT_VERSION): Update from 0.13.1 to 0.15.
* po/Makevars (XGETTEXT_OPTIONS): Add pass-c-format flags for
_ and N_, so that we get format checking even when --enable-nls.
Add c-format flags for error, error_at_line, asprintf, vasprintf,
asnprintf, vasnprintf, wrapf.
(USE_MSGCTXT): New macro.
* po/Rules-quot (address@hidden, address@hidden): New rules.
