Do you really do this by hand?

I do something similar for Wget, but use sed to do it for me (along with
proper directional quotes), basically just extending the existing tools
for automatically creating address@hidden and address@hidden:

(our quot.sed:

An en_US.po is also copied from address@hidden in our Rules.quot.
