new snapshot available: coreutils-6.10.183-512c9

Not much has changed in coreutils proper, but there have been many
changes in gnulib, at least a few of which solve problems in coreutils.
I expect to make the next release, a "stable" coreutils-6.11,
on Monday or Tuesday.
