If you are having a problem with the 'chmod' command then please
include a sample of the error. The text you included only showed the
online 'chmod --help' output and did not show a problem. Please tell
us what you are trying to do and how you are using the chmod to do it.

It seems very unlikely that you are having a problem with the chmod
command. It is more likely that another program that you are running
is incorrectly using the chmod command. If so then you would need to
make your report to the other project so that they can correct their
usage of 'chmod'.

Also, the development takes place primarily in an english speaking
environment. If possible please phrase your question so that we might
understand it and reproduce it. Your report will be posted to the
address@hidden mailing list where many people may read it.
