But you are asking about 'quota'.  I am sorry but this is the wrong
mailing list.  We do not know anything about 'quota' here.  It is not
part of the GNU Coreutils project.  We are unable to help you.

It would also help anyone who is trying to help you if you include the
operating system that you are using in your bug report.  Also include
the version of the command (usually from --version output).  This will
help identify your environment to those are will help you.
