Yes please. I think it's better, as the current page references fileutils-4.1:
http://www.kernel.org/doc/man-pages/online/pages/man5/dir_colors.5.html

It's probably best if you don't do anything for now.
That will allow us to add the updated page to coreutils and packagers
can give precedence to it.
