mv doesn't respect --reply=no

From: Halas, Miroslav
Subject: mv doesn't respect --reply=no

This bus was encountered as part of mv.exe from coreutils 5.3.0 from
gnuwin project
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2882757&group_id=23617&;
atid=379173

mv --v --reply=no a.txt Z:\

always overwrites Z:\a.txt if present. My understanding is that
--reply=no
should mean answer no to question about overwriting the file.

Thank you,
