No, we were stating that the questions you previously asked were about
tools that were not part of GNU Coreutils.  Generally, any GNU application
will have a --help option that tells you where to ask questions.  For
example, using 'cp --help' shows you that cp is part of GNU coreutils, and
that this would be the right place to ask about cp.

Also, if your installation is up-to-date, you will notice that 'cp --help'
also mentions this:

That web page has lots of tips on how to get advice related to the
specific question you have, and more particularly, where the right places
are to ask.

I would also highly recommend that you read this:
