It doesn't make sense to use %G without %V, or to use it in place of %Y.
$ date -d "17 april 2022 + 37 week 5pm" +'%G/%V %Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S.0Z'
2022/52 2023-01-01T17:00:00.0Z
