Hi,
Current directory (.) isn't correctly stored with target archive `tar'
and `ustar':
$ ( for i in crc newc odc bin ustar tar
do
echo . | cpio -o -H $i | cpio -tv
done ) 2>&1 | grep -v 'block\(s\|\)$'
vvv
drwxr-xr-x 2 admin admin 0 Aug 18 13:25 .
drwxr-xr-x 2 admin admin 0 Aug 18 13:25 .
drwxr-xr-x 2 admin admin 0 Aug 18 13:25 .
drwxr-xr-x 2 admin admin 0 Aug 18 13:25 .
drwxr-xr-x 1 admin admin 0 Aug 18 13:25

As you can see, targets CRC, NEWC, ODC, BIN produce correct archives,
but USTAR and TAR not.
