We are using CVS 1.10 and WinCVS1.2. When we did an
update in the same
branch(from version 1.37 to 1.41), the command
executed successfully and gave a
message 'M filename'. But the file is not modified and
we lost all the changes when we
did a commit. We did a manual merge and checked in the
file again after identifying
the problem. We tried to reproduce the problem but we
couldn't. But the same problem was reported twice by
developers.
Please suggest me the solution.
Thanks and regards,
Madhavi
