a few minor fixes

Hi,

I had a few problems compiling dap.
-->dap0.c: getline conflicts with the stdio.h getline, so I renamed it dap_getline.

--> sbstrans3.c:  included string.h & stdlib.h to get rid of a bunch of warnings.

Here are the fixes, incase anyone else has problems.  Sorry for the spam if its just me.
