False alarm - running a full bootstrap fixed it.
Yeah, I wasn't sure whether to warn people about that. Sorry for any
confusion/exasperation.
I figure we should try to catch up with the latest gnulib release at the start
of each of our release cycles. That should give us a reasonable balance between
having a stable environment during the cycle, but not falling behind too far
either.
