Please advise if you notice any further issues.
I have added a few more test cases. I am not sure about the
vnl-no-header-comment1/2/3 tests, i.e., if it is intentional
that trailing comments are only supported in data lines, not
in the header line. Thus those tests document the current
behavior, they do not specify how "--vnlog" shall work.
