Subject: bug submission: after a "load" command, ddd displays way too much information

my DDD configuration:

GNU DDD 3.3.1 (i586-mandrake-linux-gnu)
Copyright (C) 1995-1999 Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany.
Copyright (C) 1999-2001 Universität Passau, Germany.

Compiled with GCC 2.96 20000731 (Linux-Mandrake 8.1 2.96-0.54mdk), GNU libc
2.2
Requires X11R6, Xt11R6, Motif 1.2 (GNU/LessTif Version 1.2 Release 0.92.32)
Includes XPM 3.4.11, Athena Panner, DDD core
Built 2001-06-21 by Chmouel Boudjnah <chmouel@mandrakesoft.com>.

What I do is the following:

1) build an elf for PS2
2) delete ~/.ddd/log
3) invoke ddd with the customized gdb provided by Sony with the command
ddd --debugger ee-gdb <file>
4) enter the following sequence:
(gdb) target <target>
(gdb) reset 1 0
(gdb) load

5) at this point, gdb displays the list of loaded sections. When this list
is not negligible, the displayed list is much longer than what is output
then the debugger is invoked directly from the command line and the same
sequence is applied.

I'd rather not include the ddd log since it may contain sensitive
information that I am not authorized to disclose, but it is 11000+ lines
long (2.3Mb), when the console capture of the same sequence performed when
using the debugger without ddd is "only" 2700 lines long (590Kb).

I am aware that not all the necessary information is included, but I have
put everything that I could.

Thanks,

Benoit Germain.
