Dear Sirs
I have installed ddd in my linux platform but I cannot launch it
properly. I would be very grateful if you could help me in
analysing/solving my following bug report.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
My ddd check configuration
$ ddd --check-configuration
Checking for X11 library directory... /usr/X11R6/lib/X11
Checking for XKeysymDB... /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB
No configuration problems found.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
My ddd configuration
$ ddd --configuration
GNU DDD 3.3 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu)
Copyright (C) 1995-1999 Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany.
Copyright (C) 1999-2001 Universität Passau, Germany.
Compiled with GCC 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.0), GNU libc 2.2
Requires X11R6, Xt11R6, Motif 2.1.30 (Motif Version 2.1.30)
Includes XPM 3.4.11, Athena Panner, DDD core
Built 2001-02-03 by prospector <prospector@porky.devel.redhat.com>.
------------------------------------------------------------------
I can launch the small ddd version 3.3 graphic rectangular interface.
But soon afterwards the following error is displayed in my Shell-console
and DDD
exits immediately after that.
ddd: error while loading shared libraries: ddd: undefined symbol:
__dynamic_cast_2
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The ddd log file
