`Set dialog' not closing

Hello,

I just type "set confirm" in the gdb command line, so the set dialog is
shown. Clicking on the "Close" button has no effect, I have to exit the
application to get rid of the dialog.

If I bring up the dialog with "Edit -> GDB Settings", everything works
fine.
