1.14.1.tar.lz is missing

I'm working to see if it's possible to revive the mips64el-linux port in
GNU Guix and as part of the process I needed the 1.14.1 tarball to
satisfy the dependency graph. Unfortunately it seems to be missing from
the ftp site (https://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/ed/). Luckily one of the build
farm machines still had a copy of it and I was able to proceed but it
would be better if it were still available from ftp.gnu.org.
