[bug-fdisk] LVM physical volymes

Hi,

I sometimes use LMV physical volumes (PV) directly on block devices to
not get problem when I extend it (via SAN). If I use partitions
between the linux-kernel needs to reload the partition table which
means that I need to unmount.

However: the problem is that fdisk does not tell the administrator
about LVM physical volumes so he/she can do a mistake and partition
the device.

It would be nice if fdisk could recognize the PV label and inform the
user about this.
