dwarf2-frame.c internal error

Hi Daniel,

 

I have ARM11 processor, and am using gcc 3.4 and gdb-6.6 version.

 

My gdbserver is configured for host-arm-linux and --target=arm-linux.

and gdb is configured for host=i686-linux-pc target=arm-linux.

(while building, i tried using -feliminate-dwarf2-dups CFLAG)

I am running the gdbserver on my device (having blackfin and arm11 processor).

I have put a breakpoint in one of the cpp files whose symbol is residing in a shared library.  (the solib paths are set correctly and src is also found correctly)

On hitting the breakpoint, i get an error stating:

dwarf2-frame.c:1475: internal error: sect_index_text not initialized.

 

Could you please suggest a solution for this problem.
