[bug-gettext] xgettext JavaScript scanner backend

Hi

More than a year ago I wrote a xgettext JavaScript scanner backend.
I somehow managed to write to the wrong mailling list address.
Therefore I try again as I got various feedback from people who like to
see this feature included in upstream. Including Debian Bug #590724:

At work we use the scanner backend for our huge javascript code
base in multiple projects with success.

The source is currently hosted at github and is located in the
branch "javascript":

If you like I'll also send it as patch series. I'm willing to
maintain the scanner code in future.
