The issue has been fixed:
- xgettext no longer extracts 'Icon' keys from .desktop files.
- The documentation explains that icons are localizable but not handled by PO
files.

Such as syntax is not needed. Since PO files cannot easily contain the icons,
the submission of localized icons is outside the scope of a PO-file based
workflow anyway.
