I'm building gettext and iconv for Windows, and I noticed that
libcharset-1.dll, libgettextlib-0-22-5a.dll and libgettextsrc-0-22-5a.dll are
missing the Windows details.

See attachments:

- missing-dll-details.png list all the executables and their details (if
available)

- example.png shows the detailed differences

I'm planning [1] to sign the Windows binaries with SignPath [2], and it seems
they require that all the binaries contain such details [3].
