Bug reports via mail are welcome. It is important that users need no more than
an email account in order to report an issue; I don't want to force everyone
into using Savannah as a web application.
Maybe I wasn't clear. In your particular case, I asked to report it in the bug
tracker, because there is a related bug already registered and I get a better
overview of both if they are in the Savannah tracker. This is a rare
occurrence; normally I can deal with mailed bug reports without problem.
