glibc install :(

Hello glibc...

I downloaded glibc-2.1.3.i386.rpm and 
glibc-2.1.2-11.i386.rpm . But i can not install it on
my linux platform. I use SuSe-6.3 .I need glibc to
install j2re-1.3 and then install visibroker 4.0.
I research on distributed objects at ECERC.
I am unexperience in linux platforms so please tell me
an easy way to install glibc.

I ran below command :
rpm -U rpmFile.rpm
then i get some directories and files.
Now i don't know how run install executable file.
I read readme and faq files but i didn't understand.
