Manual on the web?

Hi!

I have a minor problem. It is that the "Glibc manual" is referenced
on the http://www.gnu.org/software/glibc page, yet I cannot find a link
to it. I think it would be convinient if it was on the web. I've found it
in the package, but that is hardly as convinient as referencing to
other people by simply pointing to the right web page =)
