Meanwhile I applied the patches from

Re: Error in building libnss_compat

Patch(?): glibc-2.2.3/Makefile install-symbolic-link target did not work
and did a complete rebuild, check and install without any error in the
chroot´ted
system. And now su, whoami etc. are working.
