Yes, thanks, I also saw that. It now says
NOTE
The prototype for settimeofday and the defines for timerĀ
cmp, timerisset, timerclear, timeradd, timersub are (since
glibc2.2.2) only available if _BSD_SOURCE is defined
(either explicitly, or implicitly, by not defining
_POSIX_SOURCE or compiling with the -ansi flag).
