I've tried to compile the latest glibc CVS sources and I get the
following
when I type 'make'. I'm using the latest autoconf/automake.
(2.52/1.4p5)
make -r PARALLELMFLAGS="" CVSOPTS="" -C ../glibc-cvs/libc objdir=`pwd`
all
make[1]: Entering directory `/drives/work/src/glibc-cvs/libc'
configure.in:147: warning: AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS: you should use literals
configure.in:575: error: AC_REQUIRE: cannot be used outside of an
m4_defun'd macro
configure.in:575: AC_CHECK_TOOL_PREFIX is required by...
configure.in:575: the top level
make[1]: *** [configure] Error 1

make: *** [all] Error 2
