glibc-2.2.3: grp/testgrp.c enhancement

When doing 'make check' on glibc-2.2.3, the 'testgrp' program
failed.  I eventually figured out it was due to /etc/nsswitch.conf
containing syntax which, while ok under glibc-2.1.2, did not work with
glibc-2.2.3.

So I wrote a small enhancement to grp/testgrp.c which prints a more
informative error message.  The theory is that most people who have an
old nsswitch.conf will fail 'make check' here, and thus encounter the
message.
