Errada al ca_ES / Typo in ca_ES locale

Hola. 

He observat que al locale ca_ES el mes de desembre sortia com "decembre",
i l'abreviació sortia com "dec" per comptes de "des". "Decembre" no surt 
al Diccionari de l'Institut d'Estudis Catalans (i a casa meva ho pronunciem 
amb s sonora, però això no crec que sigui universal).

Us envio els canvis per si us sembla bé aplicar-los a la distribució, i 
aprofito per agraïr-vos la feina feta amb la glibc.

I've seen that in the ca_ES locale the month of december appeared as 
"decembre" instead of "desembre" and the abbreviation was "dec", not "des".
"Decembre" is not in the Diccionari de l'Institut d'Estudis Catalans 
(and does not match the pronuntiation of the month at home, although I 
don't think this is universal).

I'm sending you the changes in case you agree to apply them to the 
distribution, 
and I take this chance to thank you for your work in glibc.
