Another Malay l10n fix

the fix for wednesday contained error, :(

anyway i have send new patch for:-

1. Aha --> Ahd     (Sunday)
2. Rahb --> Rabu (wednesday)
3. Miss -> Cik , Mr. --> Encik, Mrs. --> Puan , Ms.  -> Cik/Puan
7.  local are code for telephone,
8.  Yes No translation
