Anyone maintaining the glibc bug database?

I had a look at <URL:http://bugs.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl> listing
all the bugs registered.  A lot of the more then 1000 bugs where
obviously spam.  Is there no one cleaning up the bug tracking system?
Is it still in use?

I followed the link from <URL:http://www.gnu.org/software/glibc/>, so
I expected this to be the official bug tracking system for glibc.

Are there plans to migrate the source and bugtracking to
savannah.gnu.org in the future?

Is there a mailing list archive I can read to learn more about the
current status of glibc?  I did not find any reference to any
mailinglist om <URL:http://www.gnu.org/software/glibc/>.
