This fixes the d_fmt field, which in 2.2.5 gives dates in the
ISO format "2002-02-14" rather than Swiss cultural norm "14.2.2002".
There is no a standard registered in http://www.dkuug.dk/cultreg/
for de_CH cultural elements, so a Swiss opinion (the bug submitters)
should probably stand ;-)
