Hello,

Under the zh_HK locale, the date display was incorrect. The word for
"month" was duplicated because the date string was defined to be something
like "2002 <Year> February <Month>", or in Chinese, "2002 <Year> 2 <Month>
<Month>". The end result was that character "<Month>" was duplicated.

This problem is often exhibited when a user runs "rpm -qi" or prints from
Mozilla under the zh_HK.Big5-HKSCS locale. The attached patch fixes this
problem.

Patch courtesy of ThizLinux Laboratory Ltd. (Hong Kong).

Cheers,

Anthony
