Porting libc on a small computer

What is the job to do to port libc on a small computer based on 68332 CPU.

I have a working gcc compiler, and need to use the I/O command like printf, getchar...

So I think I have to provide code in sysdev, but

- which code,

- how to start this code from begining

...
