Thanks, the patch looks good. I've applied it. The only change I made
is the introduction of the DELAYTIMER_MAX symbol and its use in the new
code instead of _POSIX_DELAYTIMER_MAX. The latter is only a minimum
maximum value and not necessary need to be what the implementation
defines.
