libpthread error while installing glibc-2.2.5

Dear Sir,

While installing glibc-2.2.5 there was an error as shown below. glibc
was compiled with gcc 3.2 and with kernel headers from kernel 2.4.19 and
binutils-2.13 on an i686. Can someone help me solve this problem?
