Hi.

Please see http://www.magnux.org/ver/i-4/zoneinfo2002.php (Brazilian
Portuguese). That update was created for ML but should work on any
glibc-based system.

I also already mailed zone diffs to the maintainer, as described on
the zone file header. Hopefully new versions of glibc will contain the
updated southamerica zone file.
