__bswap_16 macro redefined in sysdeps/i386/bits/byteswap.h

Hi,

When compiling on linux/x86 with a compiler which does not define __GNUC__,
the __bswap_16() macro is redefined on line #84.  This appears to just be a
typo.  I believe the line should be defining __bswap_32().  According to the
libc cvsweb, this problem was introduced in version 1.9.
