Upgrading to 2.2.3 prob

I have RedHat 7.1, and want to upgrade my glibc from 2.2.2 to 
2.2.3.  The problem is, I get so far into it, and it stops.  The error that 
it gives is: "No rule to make target ../dlfcn/libdl.so.2, needed by 
'sprof'."  I have the linusthreads included in the source.  What I did 
was ./configure --enable-add-ons=linuxthreads, and after that was 
done, make install.  Is there something else that needs to be done?
