Another  boost of confidence in International Advisory Panel with Dr Arthur
E. Linkins

With  Dr Arthur E. Linkins as one of its newest member, Informatics Academy
International  Advisory  Panel  (IAP)  has  boost  academic  confidence  in
administrating its role of ensuring that academic excellence are maintained
within  Informatics, across all countries and centres. The objective of the
International  Advisory Panel is to advise the management of Informatics on
strategic  academic  matters. Terms of reference include advice on academic
policies,  systems  and  procedures,  curriculum  design  and  development,
teaching assessment, practice and standards, security and integrity.

|                         |experiences.  Over  the  period of 25 years, Dr|
|                         |Linkins   has   held   numerous   positions  as|
|                         |president,   academic   vice  president,  dean,|
|                         |professor  and  research principal investigator|
|                         |at    various    United    States   educational|
|                         |institutions.                                  |

|                         |Dr  Linkins,  as  a  respected  and experienced|
|                         |academic  leader  at  the  Salem  International|
|                         |University,  is  presently  holding the post of|
|                         |Provost   and   Vice   President  for  Academic|
|                         |Affairs. Concurrently, he is the Executive Vice|
|                         |President   of   Institute   for   Professional|
|                         |Development   at  Oshkosh.  Dr  Linkin's  prior|

  In 1973, Dr Linkins attained his doctorate in biology with the University
  of  Massachusetts.  Since  early 70's, he has been actively involved with
  research programmes with well-established institutions such as University
  of Alaska, University of California and Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

  Dr  Linkins's  expertise  lies  in  academic  oversight  and  management,
  facilitation,   creative   problem  solving,  programmes  assessment  and
  evaluation,  developing  external  funding  support  and  entrepreneurial
  program  development.  With  over 2 decades of academic and leadership in
  education industry, Dr Linkins is skilled in management and assessment of
  traditional  undergraduate  and graduate programs, international campuses
  and sited adult and online distance education curricula and programs.

  from prestigious universities in the United Kingdom, Australia and United
  States  of  America.  I  will  be  looking  forward  to  our visit to the
  Informatics Corporate Headquarters in Singapore or various centres. As an
  advisory  panel  member,  the  collective  effort would be to ensure that
  Informatics  Academy  practices  fair assessment and proper processes are
  adhered  to.  This  will  ensure  Informatics  awards  bear  the  quality
  assurance mark across all countries," said Dr Linkins

  As  one  of  the  many IAP members, Dr Linkins draws on his many years of
  experience  and  expertise  to ensure that IAP performs adequately on its
  role  to  maintain  the  academic  assessment  quality  excellence within
  Informatics. As the supporting key framework for the Informatics Academic
  Governance,  the  establishment  of  renowned academic professionals will
  boost  the  confidence that Informatics Academy will be acknowledged as a
  quality international tertiary awarding body.
