glibc GNATS not working?

Hi!

Am I the only one experiencing problems with the glibc bug tracking system?

Whenever I try to access the GNATS database at 
http://www-gnats.gnu.org:8080/cgi-bin/wwwgnats.pl, I get a 

Server Error
The following error occurred:

[code=CANT_CONNECT] Could not connect because of networking problems. Contact 
your system administrator. 

Do I use the wrong link or is it temporarily restructered/defective/whatever?
